* Aime le soleil mais pas trop
* **Aroser le matin seulement et ne pas mouiller le feuillage **
* Arroser sans sans pourtant detremper
* Garder humide en recouvrant de pierres et ne pas utiliser de pot en terre cuite (due a l evaporation)
* Deteste le vent
* Substrat 3/4 terres, 1/4 terreau
* Recolter en coupant les extremites des plantes (un mois apres la plantation)
* empecher la floraison
* Le basilic est un bon repulsant des mouches et moustiques
